JOB DESCRIPTION: Overall responsibility for the kitchen’s daily operations Prepare reports (P&L, inventory, etc.) Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities Monitoring and controlling stock levels Maintaining/raising the food’s profit margins Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen Waste management Interviewing, training and hiring new staff.
